Policy of Changes and Returns
The COMPANY is committed to ensuring that the User is completely satisfied throughout their entire shopping experience. It is the responsibility of each User to review the exchange or return policies before making the purchase of any product. However, these policies do not affect the User's rights provided for in Law 29571 of the Consumer Defense Code.
Because LS Farma SAC seeks to safeguard the integrity of its products and comply with the quality standards sought by its consumers, the return or exchange of our products will not be accepted, unless the product has a factory fault and complies with the Conditions. General for a return:
The product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect, technical failure or irregularity.
No warranty will apply if the product shows signs of misuse by the customer.
If the product purchased by the User does not meet the technical characteristics offered, is damaged or incomplete, the User may change it within 7 days from the date of purchase, notifying the email: firstname.lastname@example.org . For this, the User must present the ticket, purchase invoice, which must necessarily coincide with the one registered in the purchase. At the time of making the request, the returned Product will be reviewed by the COMPANY , where the deficiency will be evaluated to rule out that it is due to misuse of it.
If the failure is due to a deficiency of the Product, the User will be empowered to exchange it for another equal Product, or to request a refund of the amount paid as indicated on the purchase receipt or invoice. Failure exchange processing time is 10 business days.
